The decision came after the signing of an “Addendum” to the convention to subsidize the rate for certain loans to be agreed within the rules of Regulations on line 400, to finance investments in productive activities for micro small and medium enterprises. In this case, is to farm citrus, grapes, walnuts, olives, frutihorticultura (including gases and micro tunnels) and goat and sheep farming.
The said instrument was signed on 16 September by Judge Juan José Billon and general manager of the National Bank, Rubén Dario Nicer, which will rehabilitate the special conditions, without the participation of the national state, maintaining the allowance for part of the province without the intervention of the National Bank, as there are already approved and other projects under analysis by the province. In this way, whichever expires on December 31, 2009 was extended until 30 December this year.
Support for producers should be recalled that, in time had made an agreement between the National Government, the National Bank and some provinces, including Catamaran, with the intention of contributing to the support of the producers of crops and activities of the title, under Regulatory 400 “Investment financing of productive activities for micro, small and medium enterprises.”
Subsequently, on May 27, 2009 – the Bank and the Province signed a new agreement from which were created “space conditions for certain agricultural production and agro-holdings Catamaran Province of citrus, grapes, walnuts, olives, frutihorticultura (including gases and micro tunnels) and goat and sheep farming, under the Rules 400.
